Audiovisual Technicians / System Division (ref:AT23/1)

You will
– install, integrate, test and start-up sophisticated audiovisual material,
– provide solutions to technical challenges in various sites
– work under the coordination of a Chief technician.

Key performance indicators / measures of success will be
– quality work: responsibly, proactively and with great precision
– team player, but also able to work independently
– quality cooperation with all parties involved on project sites

Education / experience / expertise
– solid knowledge of electrical systems and all relevant EU standards
– trained and certified in AV or multimedia
– proven track record in the integration, installation or/and rental of AV equipment,
experience in programming AMX, Crestron, DMX protocol and similar software being a strong                 advantage
– valid cat B drivers licence is required, possession of cat C or/and D E is a strong  advantage
– ideally, a good level of French or German (with some French basics), Luxembourgish being an                 advantage

Lead Technician / Rental Division (ref:LT23/3)

You will
– manage projects from brief through to on-site delivery

– install, integrate, test and start-up av rental equipment
– provide solutions to technical challenges in various sites

– lead a team of event technicians / freelancers

– manage event logistics; booking and scheduling kit, crew and transportation

Key performance indicators / measures of success will be
– quality work: responsibly, proactively and with great precision
– team player, but also able to work independently
– quality cooperation with all parties involved on project sites
– strong interest in leading-edge AV technology
– a certain flexibility in working hours

Education / experience / expertise
– solid knowledge of electrical systems and all relevant EU standards
– trained and certified in AV or multimedia
– proven track record in the rental AV business,
   experience in programming DMX, Dante or other protocols and av softwares being a strong advantage
– valid cat B drivers licence is required, possession of cat C or/and D E is a strong  advantage

Office Manager with Financial Expertise (ref:OM23/4)

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office/Accounting Manager to support the day-to-day operations of AudioVision.

This role will involve a blend of administrative, accounting, and client support tasks, offering considerable potential for professional development in the future, particularly in accounting and marketing. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office management and customer support: Provide administrative support, interact with clients, and maintain a well-organized, efficient office environment.

  • Stakeholder engagement: Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to handle administration, invoice processing, and payments.

  • Marketing and/or sales support: Assist the marketing and sales teams as needed, depending on your experience and interest.

  • Reception management: Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage mail distribution.

  • Bookkeeping and accounting support: Assist with maintaining financial records and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

  • Invoice management: Handle invoice processing, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely processing of payments.

  • Bank booking and reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and report discrepancies.

Education / experience / expertise

 

  • Fluent in French and English. 

  • University degree in Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in an office environment, preferably 3+ years.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

  • Experience in accounting, specifically with invoices and accounting systems.

  • A team player who is also capable of working independently and proactively addressing issues.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Luxembourgish, German, or any other additional languages.

  • Experience in an office assistant or office manager role.

  • Experience with the Odoo ERP platform.

  • Marketing experience or demonstrated interest.

  • Proficiency in office software and a desire to learn new systems.

  • IT knowledge and skills, or interest in gaining them.

Business Development Manager - System Division (ref:BD23/5)

You will
 

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for the sytem division.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Craft compelling business proposals for potential clients.

  • Create compelling business proposals for potential clients based on their unique needs.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement complex audiovisual systems.

  • Understand and anticipate clients' needs for audiovisual systems integration.

  • Attend industry events and professional networking to promote the company.

  • Prepare and present sales and performance reports.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

  • Develop strategies for overcoming technical challenges at various sites.

  • Ensure client satisfaction through the entire process of system installation, integration, testing, and startup.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development in the audiovisual industry or related field.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of audiovisual systems.

  • Deep knowledge of audiovisual industry trends and technologies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in English and French, Luxembourgish and/or German being an advantage.
