Technical Site Manager - Audiovisual / Electrical

System  Division

You will / Rôle et responsabilités /  Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten :

  • Gérer et superviser les chantiers techniques, incluant la planification, l’exécution, et le suivi des installations électriques et audiovisuelles.

  • Participer activement aux installations, veillant à une exécution technique précise et conforme aux standards de l’industrie.

  • Coordonner les équipes de techniciens pour garantir le respect des délais, la qualité et le respect des normes de sécurité.

  • Organiser et optimiser les opérations de l’atelier, y compris la gestion des stocks, la maintenance des outils et l’amélioration des processus de travail.

  • Servir de point de contact technique principal pour toutes les questions sur le site et dans l’atelier, offrant un soutien et des solutions aux défis opérationnels.

  • Analyser les plans techniques, les schémas électriques, et les spécifications des équipements pour garantir une intégration réussie des projets.

  • Effectuer un reporting régulier sur l’avancement des projets et l’état de l’atelier aux parties prenantes internes et externes.

Qualifications requises :

  • Formation technique supérieure en électricité, audiovisuel, ou domaine similaire.

  • Expérience prouvée (minimum 5 ans) en gestion de chantiers techniques et participation active à des installations, idéalement dans un environnement audiovisuel.

  • Compétences avérées en organisation d’atelier et en gestion de stocks.

  • Fortes compétences en leadership et en communication, capables de motiver et de diriger des équipes multidisciplinaires.

  • Maîtrise des normes de sécurité et réglementations en vigueur dans les secteurs électrique et audiovisuel.

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière proactive.

  • Une maîtrise élémentaire de l’anglais (A2) est indispensable. La maîtrise du français ou de l’allemand est exigée si l’anglais n’atteint pas le niveau B2 (Intermédiaire avancé)

Audiovisual Technicians / System Division (ref:AT23/1)

You will
– install, integrate, test and start-up sophisticated audiovisual material,
– provide solutions to technical challenges in various sites
– work under the coordination of a Chief technician.

Key performance indicators / measures of success will be
– quality work: responsibly, proactively and with great precision
– team player, but also able to work independently
– quality cooperation with all parties involved on project sites
– strong interest in leading-edge AV technology
– a certain flexibility in working hours

Education / experience / expertise
– solid knowledge of electrical systems and all relevant EU standards
– trained and certified in AV or multimedia
– proven track record in the integration, installation or/and rental of AV equipment,
experience in programming AMX, Crestron, DMX protocol and similar software being a strong                 advantage
– valid cat B drivers licence is required, possession of cat C or/and D E is a strong  advantage
– ideally, a good level of French or German (with some French basics), Luxembourgish being an                 advantage

As our Chief Engineer, you will:

 

Design and Oversee Installations: Lead the architectural design and systematic integration of sophisticated audiovisual systems. Ensure that installations meet both technical specifications and client expectations. Perform hands-on installations to guarantee adherence to standards and provide real-time solutions.

 

Develop and Test Solutions: Engineer custom solutions to complex AV challenges. Conduct rigorous testing to validate the functionality and reliability of systems across diverse operational environments.

 

Project Management: Manage full lifecycle projects from concept through completion, focusing on technical soundness and innovation.

 

Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership in troubleshooting, system optimization, and maintenance. Lead and mentor a diverse team of junior and senior technicians, enhancing their skills and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Education/Experience/Expertise Required:

 

  • Possession of an engineering diploma is highly advantageous, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical skills and principles.

  • Solid understanding of electrical systems and compliance with relevant EU standards.

  • Training and certification in AV or multimedia.

  • Proven experience in the integration, installation, and/or rental of AV equipment.

  • Proficiency in programming Crestron, DMX protocol, and similar software is highly advantageous.

  • Proficiency in French and/or English (German and/or Luxembourgish language skills are an advantage)

  • A valid Category B driver's license is required.

  • A valid working visa for Luxembourg/Schengen is required.

– manage projects from brief through to on-site delivery

– install, integrate, test and start-up av rental equipment
– provide solutions to technical challenges in various sites

– lead a team of event technicians / freelancers

– manage event logistics; booking and scheduling kit, crew and transportation
